With over a decade of hands-on experience in the building industry, James Hill is the driving force behind Hill House Constructions. Specializing in Queenslanders, timber cottages, and traditional home renovations, James brings a meticulous approach to every project, ensuring quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and seamless functionality.

COURTNEY HILL

Business Manager & Operations

The engine behind the scenes, Courtney Hill ensures the smooth running of Hill House Constructions. While James and the team are on-site, Courtney manages the administration and operations side of the business, keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

With a background in the hair and beauty industry, she brings strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to the table—balancing logistics, planning, and day-to-day operations to keep projects moving seamlessly.

With a keen eye for design and functionality, Courtney also plays a role in space planning, ensuring layouts are both beautiful and practical. Whether it’s coordinating behind the scenes or fine-tuning the details, she’s an integral part of bringing each renovation vision to life—all while juggling mum life in the background.

    James Hill from Hill House Constructions has completed a long-awaited update to our 1960’s home. The three bedroom, one bathroom wing of our home in Middle Ridge has now been transformed into a modern, functional four bedroom and two bathroom home,  including a large walk in robe. We are delighted with our new surroundings.

    It has been a pleasure to work with the Hill House Constructions team for this extension/renovation. James was very organised from the start to ensure that all selections and trades were available to guarantee the renovation ran smoothly and according to plan.
